	Arnold B. Malk Arnie concentrates his practice in business and transactional matters, providing tax consulting, negotiating, structuring and documentation services for: persons engaged in sophisticated real estate transactions; health care providers; institutional and private financing sources; persons acquiring, selling and starting new practices and other business organizations; and persons seeking to employ executives and licensed professionals.
	Arnie has handled numerous commercial and residential real estate developments, the acquisition of many corporate entities and health care practices, and the sale of assets in various fields. He represents closely held business owners and their companies, executives employed by publicly held entities, borrowers and lenders. A substantial portion of Arnie's clients are developers, entrepreneurs, dentists and doctors. He has spoken to a number of groups and organizations including both real estate and health care entities.
