Jonathan M. Feinstein

Jonathan takes a proactive approach to his cases, while providing passionate and practical counsel to his clients. Over the course of his career as a litigator, Jonathan has represented clients from a broad range of industries and backgrounds in both state and federal court. His experience ranges from matters involving contractual disputes, employment litigation, business torts, general commercial litigation, insurance defense, personal injury matters, condominium and H.O.A. law, and criminal defense.

Jonathan has successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials to verdict, and he has skillfully represented clients in injunctive and other equitable relief hearings, administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations.

Prior to joining Strauss & Malk, Jonathan practiced law with a prominent Chicago law firm and served as in-house counsel for a large holding company.  During law school, Jonathan was a member of the J.M.L.S. Law Review and a recipient of the J.M.L.S. Louis L. Biro Scholarship.
