Olivia concentrates her practice in civil litigation. She has represented a wide range of clients in disputes involving breaches of non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements, and misappropriation of trade secrets, as well as traditional commercial litigation matters including breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and unfair competition. She also has experience in will and trust disputes, including litigating challenges to the validity of wills and trusts.

In addition to litigating disputes, Olivia has experience consulting with clients on a range of business and employment issues and has drafted several employment agreements with a focus on restrictive covenants, compensation, confidentiality, and arbitration provisions. She has also authored articles on trends in alternative dispute resolution for the American Bar Association's Litigation Section.

Olivia received her law degree from The University of Chicago in 2009 after completing her undergraduate degree in Classics at the University of Texas - Austin in 2004, where she was a letter winner in Rowing and a Big XII Scholar-Athlete. Olivia is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and California.
