Olivia concentrates her practice in civil litigation. She has represented a range of domestic and international corporate clients in matters involving both developing and enforcing multi-jurisdictional restrictive covenants and trade secrets protections. She has advised leading public companies, financial institutions, investment advisers, officers, directors, board committees, and full boards across the country in regulatory matters, white collar litigation, FINRA arbitration, insurance defense matters, and securities litigation. Olivia has significant experience with traditional commercial litigation matters including breaches of contract, breaches of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and unfair competition. She also represents clients in disputes involving estate plans, including litigating challenges to the validity of wills and trusts.
In addition to litigating disputes, Olivia has authored articles on trends in alternative dispute resolution for the American Bar Association's Litigation Section.
Olivia received her law degree from The University of Chicago in 2009 after completing her undergraduate degree in Classics at the University of Texas - Austin in 2004, where she was a letter winner in Rowing and a Big XII Scholar-Athlete. Olivia is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and California.
