Jay concentrates his practice in business and real estate transactions and their financing, tax law, employee benefits and estate planning. Jay assists clients in corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters, including negotiating and drafting complex business; employment law matters, designing and implementing deferred compensation plans for key executives; and representing plans before the IRS and Department of Labor.

Jay is a graduate of Indiana University (1992) and the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law (1999). Jay is a CPA with previous experience at local, regional and national accounting firms. Jay is admitted to practice law in Illinois and Missouri. Jay is honored to be a member of Rotary International, the first and one of the largest international service organizations.
