Bob concentrates his practice in (a) estate and trust planning and administration, including fiduciary tax matters; (b) trust and estate litigation, including will and trust contests, trust construction, contested claims and citations; (c) complex federal estate tax matters such as contested business valuations and discounts; (d) state and local tax matters for many foreign and domestic airlines operating into and out of Illinois, including sales, use, income, real estate and other taxes applicable to those entities; and (e) other legal work for those airlines, including licensing matters, cargo, baggage and other claims, and tax and general litigation.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Michigan Business School and also earned his M.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the Illinois Bar and licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. He previously practiced law as a partner at two prominent Chicago law firms.
