Mark concentrates his practice in the areas of estate and gift tax planning, asset protection planning, probate practice, Federal taxation, real estate and business transactions.  He is a member of the Lake County Bar Association where he is co-chair of the LCBA Real Estate Committee, a member of the Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Legal Financial Forum, Lake County Estate Planning Counsel and the Illinois State Bar Association.  Mark is a graduate of Northwestern University (B.A. 1991) and DePaul University College of Law (J.D. 2000).  He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
