Ken concentrates his practice in: (a) business transactions, including partnership, limited liability company and corporate matters, business transfers and employee related agreements and issues; (b) commercial loans, representing lenders and borrowers in a wide variety of transactional activities; and (c) commercial and multifamily residential real estate transactions.  He is a past instructor of real estate courses at Wright College and for Century 21 Real Estate and is a licensed real estate broker. 

Ken also has substantial experience in commercial litigation.  He is a graduate of the University of Illinois (1980) and the John Marshall Law School (1985).  Ken is a member of the Illinois and Lake County Bar Associations.
