Gary concentrates his practice in civil litigation and has experience in matters such as injunction claims, the enforceability of non-competition agreements, disputes between business owners, the dissolution of business entities, breaches of contract, fraud and fraudulent transfers, the enforcement of judgments, class actions, challenges to the validity of wills and trusts, actions for dissolution of marriage and various tort cases including those for personal injuries and battery. Gary has tried numerous cases in federal and state courts in Illinois and in several other states. He handles appeals in state and federal courts.

Gary attended DePaul University and graduated from The John Marshall Law School (J.D. 1982, with honors), where he is now an adjunct professor. Gary is a member of the bars of the State of Illinois, the Northern District of Illinois, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. He is on the list of Illinois Super Lawyers for 2010. Gary is also a member of the Illinois Appellate Lawyers Association.
