Arnie co-founded Strauss Malk & Feder LLP and played a central role in shaping the firm’s identity, culture, and success. Over the course of his distinguished career, he earned the respect of clients and colleagues alike through his practical insight, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to service. Arnie retired from the firm on June 1, 2025. We are deeply grateful for his leadership and contributions and wish him all the best in his well-earned retirement.

Arnie concentrated his practice in business and transactional matters, providing tax consulting, and negotiating, structuring, and documenting services for corporations and their owners; individuals involved in sophisticated real estate transactions; health care providers; institutional and private financing sources; entrepreneurs; and those employing executives and licensed professionals.

He handled numerous commercial and residential real estate developments, as well as the acquisition and sale of various corporate entities and health care practices, including asset sales in multiple industries. Arnie represented closely held business owners and their companies, executives at publicly held entities, and both borrowers and lenders. A substantial portion of his clients were business owners, developers, entrepreneurs, dentists, and doctors. He also spoke to a variety of professional groups and organizations, including real estate and health care entities.
