
Joyce concentrates her practice in estate planning, probate, individual and partnership taxation, corporations and not-for-profit organizations. She is a graduate of Yale University and Vanderbilt University School of Law, where she was an editor of the Vanderbilt Law Review. She holds an LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Joyce has served as Attorney-Advisor to the Honorable Lapsley W. Hamblen, Jr., Judge of the United States Tax Court, and as Trial Attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel of the Internal Revenue Service. She previously practiced law with a large Chicago area firm. She is a board member of the Textile Arts Centre and the Animal Protective Association. She is the Secretary of her Yale Class and co-chair of its 50th Reunion. Joyce is a member of the Illinois Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
