
Ken concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, probate and estate planning, litigation, and business planning matters. He takes pride in the long relationships he has established with his clients, some of which have spanned 40 years. With his diverse experience in various practice areas, Ken acts as general counsel to many of his clients and provides them with cost effective and practical counseling. His experience in litigation has also made him an effective strategist in avoiding or minimizing conflicts and favorably resolving those that arise. Ken worked in a dynamic small firm setting before joining Strauss Malk & Feder in 2019.
