Jay concentrates his practice in business and real estate transactions and their financing, tax law, employee benefits and commercial agreements. Jay assists clients in corporate, partnership and limited liability company matters, including negotiating and drafting complex business documents; employment law matters, including designing and implementing deferred compensation plans for key executives; and representing plans before the IRS and Department of Labor.

Jay is a CPA with previous experience at local, regional and national accounting firms. He is honored to be a member of Rotary International, the first and one of the largest international service organizations. Jay has also served the community of Northbrook as a Trustee of the Northbrook Public Library.
